Genpact acquired LeaseDimensions, a technology-enabled business processing management and information technology services company catering to equipment, vehicle finance and renewable energy companies.

Genpact and LeaseDimensions synergies across core equipment financing businesses will further strengthen its service offerings. The combined services will include Genpact’s originations platform GRADE, complete front- and back-office processing of lease and loan contracts, back-up servicing, software applications hosting, systems integration, data conversion services and custom programming services. The services will be delivered out of Portland, OR.

Against this backdrop, Genpact will be able to combine its process performance, existing technology services and global delivery footprint with LeaseDimensions’s process management and IT services, enabling equipment lessors to launch and scale up their portfolios in North America and globally.
