Greene Named New NAELB Legal Counsel



Kenneth C. Greene will serve as legal counsel of the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers following the departure of Joseph Bonanno. Greene took over the role on March 1, 2017.

Greene brings decades of experience in business and litigation, as well as an understanding of the economics of both. Greene has expertise in litigation, contracts, commercial law, transactions, fraud, entertainment, contract negotiations, bankruptcy and corporate law. He is also a frequent writer and lecturer on the subjects of bankruptcy, litigation and collection, leasing law and documentation and the fundamentals of the attorney/client relationship. He is available to provide limited free expert legal advice to NAELB members.
