Hitachi Capital America intends to extend its software partnership with White Clarke Group and continue using the latter’s CALMS Compass software solution to manage its floorplan/wholesale finance business.
Hitachi Capital America’s relationship with White Clarke Group began in 2011 with the initial implementation of their CALMS Compass floorplan solution. At the time, Hitachi Capital America had been searching for an automated finance software solution to enhance both user and customer experience within their floorplan business.
“CALMS Compass has helped our business to expand, especially through providing our customers with a premier online experience,” says Kirk Mann, senior vice president and general manager of Hitachi Capital’s Transportation Finance division. “We’re pleased to formally extend what has been a very positive relationship with the White Clarke Group team.”
“As an early adopter of our CALMS Compass floorplan platform, Hitachi Capital America has been and remains a valued client in terms of influencing our product development,” says Charlie Ewing, director of Business Intelligence for White Clarke Group.
