HondaJet Expected to Benefit from Business Jet Growth

According to a report that appeared in the Greensboro, NC News & Record, the business-jet market will grow 6.8% over the next five years, which could be great news for Honda Aircraft when the company’s first HondaJet goes into service.

Citing a report by companiesandmarkets.com, News & Record said Honda is listed as a “prominent supplier” even though the Federal Aviation Administration hasn’t signed off on the HondaJet’s final certification.

According to News & Record, Honda said customers have ordered at least 100 of the jets that are expected to cost $4.5 million per copy.
