Honour Capital Adds Additional Space in Minneapolis North Loop
JAN 26, 2021 - 6:55 am
Honour Capital expanded with additional space in the North Loop business district of Minneapolis. The company’s corporate address and presence will continue to be in the Dinkytown, MN, neighborhood, with the new office in the North Loop increasing the company’s footprint.
“The decision to expand our presence into the Minneapolis North Loop area was a logical step in our business growth strategy,” Brian Slipka, CEO of Honour Capital, said. “The area is rich with diverse talent, and we believe it’s important to invest in Minneapolis. When strife hit the city last summer and many people ran for the hills, Honour Capital decided to run into the center of Minneapolis.”
Honour Capital sales, credit services and operations will be based at 515 N. Washington Ave., Suite 410, in Minneapolis. The formal corporate address will remain at 825 SE 11th Ave. in Minneapolis.
“It’s easy to understand why we’re expanding,” Shea Huston, president of Honour Capital, said. “We need the space as we continue to assemble a talented team to fill an opportunity in the capital finance market by combining the best aspects of a bank, including access to capital and stability, with the best aspects of being institutionally independent, which includes access to multiple funding sources, less regulation, and more creativity in the underwriting and transactional design process.”
