Honour Capital hired John Gauger as director of capital markets and Rob Munz as vice president of sales. Honour Capital now has a team of 25 professionals with headquarters in Minneapolis, a Philadelphia regional office, a Florida regional office, and a newly added Ohio regional office.

Gauger came to Honour Capital after 20 years in investment banking, credit sales and commercial banking. He most recently served as senior vice president of commercial banking at U.S. Bank. He gained experience at banking, institutional credit and financial industry firms, such as UBS, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse.

Munz’s experience includes providing customized capital solutions to middle-market companies and large corporations throughout the Midwest. He came to Honour Capital with more than 15 years of experience delivering equipment finance solutions for aircraft, construction, healthcare, IT, marine, manufacturing, rail and transportation equipment, focusing on transaction sizes of $1 million or more.

“With the addition of Rob Munz to the Honour Capital team, we have been able to expand and strengthen our geographic footprint with a regional office in Ohio,” Slipka said.
