The 500 Most Powerful and Influential Leaders in Minnesota, by Greenspring Media, an initiative of Minnesota Monthly, recognized Honour Capital co-founder and CEO Brian Slipka on its 2022 list.

Slipka has experience in sales and leadership positions at major professional services and technology companies; and eventually served as an executive at one of the largest bank-owned tech financing companies in the country. Slipka invested in numerous independent operating companies, eventually forming the framework of today’s True North Equity Partners. Through True North, he acquired controlling interest in over 25 independent operating companies across varied and diverse industries, including Honour Capital. Today, the combined family of independently owned businesses has revenues in excess of $220 million.

Slipka serves on the SEARCH Ministries National Board of Trustees. He and his wife founded the Slipka Foundation, a public 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to these principles, through which they have funded numerous scholarships and supported many missional partners.
