Honour Capital provided $8 million of capital involving various lease structures for an Upper Midwest ophthalmology business.

The transaction will help the completion of a new ambulatory surgical center and medical office building, including leasehold/tenant improvements, clinical and information technology equipment, software, racking and other enhancements.
