Horizon Bank hired Tami Doom as small-ticket credit manager. Doom’s responsibilities will include reviewing credit analyses to ensure compliance with policy guidelines, assessing business credit reports and serving as a key facilitator for Horizon Equipment Finance Services’ credit committee. She will also prepare credit analyses with risk ratings and collateral coverage recommendations.

Doom received a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Southwest Minnesota State University and has a background in credit analysis and account management. Beyond Doom’s professional commitments, she is a member of Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and is active with Greyhound Pets of America.
