Horizon Bank Names Stich Funding Manager

Mya Roeun, Operations Manager, is pleased to announce Jennifer Stich as Funding Manager in Horizon Bank’s Equipment Finance Division Funding team. Stich brings over 20 years of experience in the equipment finance industry. In her new role, she will assist with daily fundings, booking reports, and a variety of operational tasks aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.

With a strong background in operations and management, Stich has a proven track record of optimizing workflows and driving results in the financial sector. She holds a degree in Business Management from Rasmussen College and has been recognized for her expertise and leadership in the industry.

Stich was named one of Monitor’s 2022 Top Women in Equipment Finance and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP)—a distinction that underscores her deep knowledge and commitment to excellence in the field.

Beyond her professional achievements, Stich is deeply involved in her community. As a breast cancer survivor, she volunteers with the Indy Foundation, a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting cancer warriors and their families. “This foundation does so much good in the community, and volunteering is my way of giving back to those who lifted me up during my time of need,” said Stich.

A passionate animal lover, she also volunteers at the Tri-County Humane Society, where she helps families find and adopt the perfect furry companion for their homes.
