According to a foreign press report, IBM Global Financing is offering special financing to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the OS/400 and IBM i platforms in Australia and New Zealand.

The report noted that IBM’s Global Financing unit is offering special zero percent interest rate financing on IBM i-based gear over a term of 25 months, one for every year that the AS/400 and its progeny have been running applications in the midrange.

The financing deal runs from June 19 through December 27 and applies to transactions that fall between $15,000 and $1.5 million.
