Mark Tomaselli, former First American chief information officer, joined Innovation Finance as its president.

Before serving as First American CIO, Mark held senior management positions at Sun Microsystems and Frontier Communications.

Innovation Finance is a newly launched commercial equipment finance company founded by Verhelle, who previously founded Harvard Partners and First American Equipment Finance.
