Isuzu Finance of America, the captive finance company for Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, hired Bob Mooney as district manager for the Western region.

Mooney has experience developing and building commercial financing relationships. Most recently he was the regional sales manager for Balboa Capital. Prior to that, he held positions with ENGS Commercial Finance and Daimler Truck Financial.

In this new role, Mooney will be responsible for all sales functions in the Western U.S. He will be based in Los Angeles.
