Jardine Auctioneers Joins Euro Auctions Group, Expanding Canadian Reach

Jardine Auctioneers Inc. has joined the Euro Auctions Group, aligning with fellow Canadian firm Michener Allen Auctioneering, the company announced.

The deal expands Euro Auctions’ presence in Canada to four locations and extends its reach to the East Coast. Jardine Auctioneers, a family-run business founded in 1982, operates from a 139-acre site in Fredericton and hosts more than 100 auctions annually, primarily focused on autos, commercial vehicles and industrial equipment.

Michener Allen, which joined the Euro Auctions Group in October 2023, holds around 80 auctions per year from sites in Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg. The two companies have collaborated on joint ventures for over 20 years.

“This move strengthens our position in Canada and brings us closer to buyers and sellers across the country,” said Derek Keys, founder and managing director of Euro Auctions Group. “We share a common culture and values with Jardine Auctioneers.”

John Jardine and Blair Sissons will continue managing the Fredericton operation and will join the Canadian national management team. Jardine Auctioneers also operates a transportation division serving customers across New Brunswick.

Euro Auctions, headquartered in Northern Ireland, operates 14 permanent auction sites across four continents.
