J&J Disposal Files Chapter 7, Owes Susquehanna Commercial $463K



Waste disposal company J&J Disposal of El Dorado, AR filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Arkansas. J&J operates in South Arkansas and North Louisiana.

According to the filing, the company has $2,016,202 in assets and $861,228 in liabilities. The liabilities included $636,096 in secured claims of which approximately $463,000 is owed to Susquehanna Commercial Finance of Malvern, PA. The bankruptcy court documents show the estimated value of the equipment supporting Susquehanna’s exposure, which included five Mack trucks, of $750,000.

Substantially smaller amounts are owed to Southern Bancorp of El Dorado, TCF Equipment Finance, U.S. Bank and Financial Pacific Leasing, according to bankruptcy court documents.
