Jobless Rate Holds at 4.1%; Payrolls Rise in November



Bloomberg reported an increase of 228,000 in payrolls in November, a reading which surpassed the predicted 195,000 from economists. In addition, the jobless rate was at its lowest level since 2000, sitting at 4.1%.

However, Bloomberg said average hourly earnings only increased 2.5% as opposed to a 2.7% projection.
