Jury Selection Begins In Case of Former Le-Nature's President

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette notes on its website that jury selection has begun in the fraud trial of former Le-Nature’s president Robert B. Lynn, the only one of the five defendants in the criminal case stemming from the Latrobe beverage maker’s collapse to maintain a plea of innocence.

Lynn faces charges of bank fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy. The case involves accusations that Le-Nature’s inflated its sales to get hundreds of millions of dollars in loans. The four other defendants in the case have all pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing.
