Key EF, WFEF Sue to Collect Equipment, Funds from Hospital



The Brownsville Herald reported that Key Equipment Finance filed an emergency motion to repossess equipment from it believes is sitting unused in Brownsville Doctor’s Hospital, which filed for bankruptcy in December, halting a civil lawsuit filed against it by Key.

The Herald added that Wells Fargo Equipment Finance filed a motion seeking to join in Key Equipment Finance’s motion for emergency relief from an automatic stay because Brownsville Doctor’s Hospital owes it $468,458.33 as the result of another civil lawsuit against the hospital.
