Keys, Clemens Join Crossroads Direct Sales Team



Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance has added Russell Keys as director of Business Development – Transportation Finance and Pat Clemens as director of Business Development – Structured Finance on the Direct Sales team. Keys will be based in Dallas, while Clemens will work out of San Francisco.

Keys joins the company from Sertant Capital where he served as vice president of business development. He also held senior commercial roles with Element Fleet Management, Ideal Lease and GE Fleet over the course of 20+ years of commercial consultation, lending and leasing experience. He will be working with private and vocational truck fleets across the U.S.

Clemens joins Crossroads with significant experience in commercial lending and leasing as well as transaction structuring with complex transactions. He will be working with investment banks, advisors and investors primarily in financing and solutions for the transportation asset space.

These new roles round out the direct (end user) customer advocacy and business development functions and will be reporting to executive vice president of Business Development, Jim Kachidurian.
