K&L Gates' Malpractice Suit in Le-Nature's Case to Proceed

Law360 reported that the PA Supreme Court declined to review a ruling that revived a $500 million malpractice suit against K&L Gates for failing to uncover criminal wrongdoing in the Le-Nature’s fraud, allowing the case to proceed before a state judge.
As previously posted on monitordaily.com, in May 2012 Bloomberg reported that an appeals court ruled that K&L Gates must face a lawsuit over the collapse Le-Nature’s in a reinstatement of the case against the law firm that was dismissed by a lower court in December 2010.
