LEAN’s Frank Peretore Joins Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi

The Lease Enforcement Attorney Network (LEAN) announced Frank Peretore has joined Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi as a member continuing his concentration in the representation of secured creditors and lessors in the equipment leasing and asset-based lending industries.

Over the course of 30 years as an attorney, Peretore has developed a wide range of experience in the drafting of transactional documentation and the enforcement of leases and loans for commercial equipment, machinery, railcars and vehicles as well as for the purchase and sale of multimillion dollar portfolios.

Practicing in both New York and New Jersey, Peretore also advises corporations, business entities, creditors and lessors in litigation matters and the pursuit of claims against debtors who have entered bankruptcy. He has built a track record of success in restructuring agreements and moving to seize assets in order to maximize recovery for clients.

Peretore has published two books on equipment leasing and secured transactions and has served in leadership positions as the legal chairperson and on the board of directors for the National Equipment Finance Association and the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors. He remains a member of LEAN.
