Lion Air Receives Airbus A330-900NEO from BOC Aviation



BOC Aviation delivered an Airbus A330-900NEO aircraft to Lion Air.

The aircraft is from the company’s existing order book.

Lion Air Group is comprised five airlines in three countries – Lion Air, Wings Air and Batik Air in Indonesia, Malindo Air in Malaysia and Thai Lion Air in Thailand, all IOSA certified. The group has almost 50% of market share in domestic travel in Indonesia, operating an average of 600 flights per day across an extensive network of 267 scheduled and 175 charter routes.

BOC Aviation is a global aircraft operating leasing company with a fleet of 499 aircraft owned, managed and on order. Its owned and managed fleet was leased to 92 airlines worldwide in 40 countries and regions as at June 30, 2019.
