LTi Technology Solutions formed a new client success team, which will be responsible for ensuring clients can derive maximum value at every stage of their journey with LTi. As part of its commitment, LTi appointed Kevin Truitt vice president of client success.

In his new role, Truitt will be responsible for how LTi approaches client success. Truitt joined LTi in 2012 and has spent the majority of his career in the software development and services industry, with more than 20 of those years in the finance industry. He has served in a variety of roles as he advanced his career at LTi, including director of business development and vice president of business development and product management.

The client success team will work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges. In addition, the team will provide consultation on best practices and potential process changes, enabling the adoption of LTi’s products and services in support of business needs.
