LTi Technology Solutions (LTi) donated more than $3,700 to the Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA). Every year, LTi picks a few organizations to give back to. This year, LTi picked WCA. Employees could either donate money to Omaha or their local Women’s Domestic Shelter or buy specific items that were requested. LTi employees raised more than $1,800 in donations. LTi matched that number making the total donation more than $3,700.
The WCA assists anyone in the Omaha area who is experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking. Its free, high-quality services address its clients’ immediate safety needs and help them to grow into independence over time. WCA assists survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and stalking and their children to achieve safety and empower them to lead self-determined lives.
Jeff Van Slyke, CEO and president of LTi said, “Giving back to our community is part of our core values here at LTi. I am incredibly proud of how our organization came together to support the Women’s Center for Advancement, both locally and nationally. Through each donation, our employees helped make a tangible difference for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. It’s LTi’s privilege to match their efforts and contribute to the invaluable work the WCA does, ensuring the people seeking help have the resources and support they need to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.”
