Marubeni entered into an agreement with Hitachi Construction Machinery to jointly establish ZAMine Service Brasil Limitada, a company that will engage in mining equipment sales and maintenance services in Brazil, through ZAMine Latam, a special purpose company in which both companies have a 50% stake.

With this new development, the sales and service operations currently handled by Marubeni Brasil will be transferred to ZAMine Brasil.

Through the establishment of this new company, Marubeni aims to strengthen its structure for sales and services in Brazil and is committed to contributing to the further development of the country.
