Hookset, NH-based Merchants Fleet Management hired Candice Groth as director of Purchasing. Groth will be focused on enhancing both customer facing and internal processes related to new vehicle acquisition.

Groth began her fleet management career in 1998 with GE Capital Fleet Services and progressed to director of Operations at Element Fleet Management, where she was responsible for the company’s new vehicle ordering application.

“Candice brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Merchants Fleet Management,” said vice president of Fleet Operations Adam Secore. “Her expertise in new vehicle ordering, supply chain management and operations will be a great addition to the company.”

Groth has over two decades of experience in the factory order process and has partnered with various industry leaders, including Ford, General Motors, Toyota, Nissan and VW. She is regarded as a subject matter expert in the fleet industry.
