As assistant vice president of sales for Midland Equipment Finance’s capital markets team, Pavlatos will focus on acquiring, onboarding and managing middle-market relationships with peer banks, subsidiaries and independent leasing companies throughout the United States.
Pavlatos has more than 20 years of experience in equipment financing and commercial lending. Prior to joining Midland Equipment Finance, Pavlatos held client-centric roles at several national equipment finance organizations.
