Mitsubishi HC Capital Adds Passman and Oliphant to Direct Sales Team



Mitsubishi HC Capital (U.S.A.) hired Shawn Passman and Michael Oliphant as vice presidents of direct sales in its corporate asset finance (CAF) division.

Passman, who has more than 35 years of leasing experience, previously served at Technology Finance Corp. He has 16 years of experience working for bank lessors and 14 years of experience with GE Capital, where he earned multiple awards for his sales achievements.

Oliphant has 25 years of experience in corporate finance and sales leadership. He previously served in sales and management roles at Crown Equipment and Toyota Material Handling.

“Shawn and Mike bring tremendous experience in the technology and material handling leasing verticals, respectively,” Matthew Ross, head of sales for the CAF division at Mitsubishi HC Capital, said. “Their deep knowledge and relationships will help us continue to grow our diverse portfolio of equipment assets.”
