Mitsubishi HC Capital America hired Gary Furnas as director of business development for dealer inventory finance, transportation.

Based in Texas, Furnas will be responsible for driving business growth and optimizing the customer experience for dealers and manufacturers, partnering with them to align Mitsubishi HC Capital America’s finance offerings with their needs.

“Gary is a great addition to our team,” Roy Bestercy, vice president and general manager of dealer inventory finance for Mitsubishi HC Capital America, said. “His extensive experience in the transportation, specialty vehicle and construction markets will be an asset to our dealers and our company.”

“I am excited to continue serving the industry I’ve known for years, working with manufacturers and dealers to drive sales, boost their purchasing power and enhance liquidity,” Furnas said.

Previously, Furnas was a senior vice president and relationship manager at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and held several senior positions at GE Capital focused on the specialty vehicle and construction equipment markets.
