Monitor Announces First Ever MVP Award for Equipment Finance Industry

Monitor, the leading independent trade publication serving the equipment finance industry, announced that it is now accepting nominations for its first-ever MVP Award.

Best known for its rankings of the top 100 equipment finance companies in the annual Monitor 100 as well as the Bank 50 and Top 25 Independents, Monitor designed this award to go alongside those rankings and honor the individuals making the greatest impact in the industry. To paraphrase five-time NFL MVP Peyton Manning, the award is meant to find the person who is making the most players valuable.

“This is a long overdue feature that ideally compliments our annual Monitor 100 report,” said Jerry Parrotto, Monitor publisher. “By recognizing extraordinary performance at the C-Suite executive level, we’re adding more drama to the human side of the Monitor publication, which has been serving the equipment finance industry for more than 40 years. I, for one, can’t wait to get to the next stage in this exciting first endeavor to crown a winner of the 2018 MVP award.”

Nominees for the award must be C-Suite executives from an equipment finance company that participates in the 2018 Monitor 100 survey. Nominations will be accepted until April 30, 2018, with a winner announced in the Sep/Oct Fall Conference Issue of Monitor.
