In this livestream, Monitor will tackle the lack of Black representation in equipment finance by speaking with African American leaders to not only hear their perspectives but to create a launching pad to generate more opportunities for inclusion, leadership and career advancement for Black members of the industry.
“Monitor is hosting this important event so our industry can learn from the experiences and perspectives of Black members of the industry,” Lisa Rafter, publisher of the Monitor, said. “We trust that industry leaders will take away tangible action items to address hurdles to greater equity and strategies to enhance their company’s efforts in creating more opportunities for Black members of the industry.”
