Moritt Hock & Hamroff has added two attorneys to its Florida office, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to growth in Southeast Florida. Joseph F. Poklemba joins as senior counsel in the Litigation Practice Group, while Steven M. Bimston joins as counsel in the Litigation and Creditors’ Rights, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Groups.

Joseph F. Poklemba brings over 30 years of experience representing individuals and corporate entities in commercial litigation, construction litigation, and real estate disputes. His practice spans state and federal courts, including matters related to contracts, banking, and employment litigation.
Steven M. Bimston focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation. He also represents secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases, handling contested matters, adversary proceedings, and lessor disputes.
