NEFA Raises More Than $21K for Safe Haven Women’s Shelter

The National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) hosted its first ever charitable event to support nonprofit work. Through this inaugural event held at Bad Axe Throwing, the NEFA raised more than $21,000 for the Safe Haven women’s shelter in Nashville, TN.

The event was all made possible through the help of its primary sponsors, Dakota Financial and Dedicated Financial GBC, in conjunction with these other sponsoring companies and individuals:  AMUR, AP Equipment Financing, Apex Commercial Capital, Channel Partners, CSG Law, Kim King, KLC, Leasepath, Liventus, LTi Technology Solutions, Oakmont Capital Services and SLIM Capital.

“This type of event has been years in the making, and we’re all grateful that Dakota Financial agreed to come on board as a $10,000 sponsor in order to show that our businesses can have a major, positive impact when we all pull together,” Shawn Smith, founder and CEO of Dedicated Financial GBC, said.

“Please keep an eye out for a future video with Chad Sluss, CEO of NEFA, and Lovern Gordon, national sales executive at Boston Financial & Equity, showing them hand over the “Big Check Grand Surprise” to Safe Haven!”
