The Alta Group’s David Wiener will present a preview of their report created for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation, due out early spring, at The National Equipment Finance Association’s National Equipment Finance Summit, March 17-19, in Scottsdale, AZ.

The report, The Place of Independents, will detail both projections and certain traits for this market segment including the impact of the recent economy and what opportunities still exist for them. When released, it will be available through the website of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation.

David Wiener is a respected authority on equipment finance demographics and has participated in the design and review of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Survey of Equipment Finance Activity for 24 years. He has played a role in over fifty billion dollars worth of transactions in a career spanning more than thirty years with a virtual “who’s-who” list of industry leading companies.

Wiener’s luncheon talk on Friday, March 18, will focus on Building and Sustaining a Successful Place in the Equipment Leasing & Finance Landscape, including how does the Independent select the market niche in which they can thrive; in what ways does the Independent deliver value to their customers; how do Independent companies really make money; secrets to Independent’s leadership and management success; and more.
