Northteq and Notarize Launch Online Notarization Product

Northteq, a provider of Salesforce origination solutions, partnered with Notarize to launch a product suite that will allow lenders to stay competitive and provide a simple way to help borrowers get their documents notarized securely from any device.

Notarize is an environmentally friendly integration that helps lenders save money on shipping and printing costs, as well as emissions from driving to-and-from in-person signings. Borrowers can also sign documents on their mobile or desktop device anytime, anywhere, without having to endure the time-consuming and uncertain process of traveling to and tracking down an in-person notary.

“The addition of Notarize for Salesforce to the Aurora suite of products is another step forward in fulfilling Northteq’s commitment to providing lenders with the most innovative and thoughtfully designed loan origination solutions available today,” Kristian Dolan, CEO and founder of Northteq, said. “Our Notarize integration will allow lenders to stay competitive and efficient while also creating a secure customer experience. We’re able to provide a platform to not only sign documents online but have them notarized remotely, eliminating a huge point of friction for customers.”

43 states have passed laws allowing their state’s notaries to conduct remote online notarization, and Notarize’s platform makes navigating and complying with state regulations simple.

“Remote online notaries add value to our customers by providing them with a convenient, easy-to-use, and streamlined process for getting their documents notarized without the hassle of having to leave their business or home.” Austin Law, VP of front-end operations at AP Equipment Financing, said. “RON aligns with AP’s objective ‘The Power of Personal’ by utilizing the most effective technologies the market has to offer to expedite procedures and truly focus on our customers, all while lowering AP’s carbon footprint.”

“Notarize creates a simpler, smarter, and safer experience for borrowers while closing that crucial ‘last mile’ of a transaction, allowing lenders to fund transactions faster,” Pat Kinsel CEO of Notarize, said. “With this new partnership, Northteq and Notarize continue their commitment to provide equipment finance companies with innovative solutions that redefine the lending experience.”
