Oakmont Capital Services Expands Team and Promotes Top Talent



Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) has promoted an employee and added eight new team members across departments in its Pennsylvania and Minnesota offices. The expansion enhances the company’s ability to deliver financing solutions to business owners and partners.

Employee Promotions and Additions

Promotion
Hailey Nathe has been promoted from operations specialist to account manager. Nathe began with OCS in 2022 as an intern while earning her AAS in business management from Alexandria Technical and Community College. She advanced to operations specialist at the company’s Minnesota branch, where she built experience in customer service. In her new role, she will support customers with contract questions and help them utilize OCS financing options.

Accounting Team Additions
Two new staff accountants have joined OCS:

  • Jennifer Krantz brings 18 years of experience in payment processing and financial reporting. She will oversee daily funding, account reconciliation, and banking operations.
  • Jordan Madaya will focus on accounts payable and financial documentation, with experience in ACH transactions and audit support.

Sales and Marketing Hires
Three professionals have joined the sales and marketing teams:

  • Cole Hickman, sales associate, will support the internal sales team with transactions and customer service.
  • Laurie Gill, business development officer, brings eight years of experience in equipment finance and will work with manufacturers and dealers in the specialty vehicle sector.
  • John Williams, digital marketing specialist, will lead digital strategy, including social media management and website optimization.

Operations and Human Resources
The company has also added team members in operations and HR:

  • Paris Ellingson, HR coordinator, will support onboarding, engagement, and employee programs.
  • Brenda Sand, operations specialist, joins with four years of experience in equipment finance and will assist with title processing and customer interactions.
  • Bethany Worms, receptionist, brings six years of industry experience and will provide administrative support and customer service.
