OceanFirst Bank hired Jim Noel at vice president of OceanFirst Equipment Finance, according to a LinkedIn post from Noel. Prior to joining OceanFirst, Noel spent over two years with CAN Capital as vice president, vendor finance.

Previously, Noel worked for Marlin Capital Soltuions (now PEAC Solutions), as a national sales director, Philips Medical Capital as a financial specialist and Navitas as vice president of sales.
