Onset Financial Goes Pink in Support of Breast Cancer Awareness

The American Cancer Society projects that 281,550 women will develop invasive breast cancer in the U.S. in 2021 alone. This astonishing number highlights the growing threat that women face and the need for awareness and proper screening. In an effort to show support and help spread awareness, Onset Financial changed the logos on its building from its trademark blue to hot pink.

The change came after breast cancer hit close to home for Onset, as it does for millions of families worldwide. The pink logo is meant to be a beacon of support for those carrying the burden of a cancer diagnosis.

“We’re showing the world what we represent,” Justin Nielsen, founder and CEO of Onset Financial, said, “We’re coming together as a company to take on breast cancer and demonstrating that we don’t fight in the shadows.”

In addition to the building changes, Onset Gives, the 501(c)(3) philanthropic branch of Onset Financial, will completely shift its focus to breast cancer. For the duration of 2021, the Onset team will be donating time and money to the fight against cancer. In December, Onset will hold a gala featuring comedian Brian Regan at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City in honor of women diagnosed with breast cancer. At this event, attendees will be able to donate to the cause.

Monitor named Onset Financial the nation’s 12th largest independent equipment leasing company in 2020.
