Orion First Promotes Dubinsky to SVP, Cote to President and COO

Orion First promoted Jenny Dubinsky from director of accounting to senior vice president and director of contract operations and Quentin Cote from executive vice president to president and chief operating officer. The promotions come just as Orion First surpasses the benchmark of $3 billion under management.
