OSG Billing Services agreed to acquire NCP Solutions, a provider of outsourced transactional communications in the financial services industry and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harland Clarke.

After the merger, the company will continue to be run by the current management team led by Mark Harris.

The sale is subject to customary closing conditions, including the expiration or termination of applicable waiting periods under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, and is expected to close by the end of 2018.
