Balboa Capital promoted Heather Parker to the role of CFO, effective immediately. Parker has served as controller at Balboa Capital since 2018.

In addition, Heather manages our credit facilities while also playing an instrumental role in our successful completion of two asset-based securitizations totaling $610 million. She has clearly demonstrated her ability to lead Balboa Capital in the top finance role.”

Parker is a California-licensed certified public accountant (CPA) and has more than two decades of professional experience, including stints at Arthur Andersen, Banc of America Leasing and Capital, and Commerzbank AG.
