Peapack Capital, the equipment finance subsidiary of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, hired Tina M. Carroll as vice president and senior documentation and operations specialist.

Carroll will be responsible for the preparation and review of legal documentation pertaining to loan and lease transactions, ensuring documents accurately reflect approved structures and achieve proper lien perfection on the collateral securing such transactions. She will also coordinate the due diligence, closing and funding processes with all parties, including customers, vendors, sources and internal and external counsel.

Previously, Carroll served as vice president and team leader of documentation at Citizens Asset Finance, where she reviewed, identified and resolved documentation, booking, perfection and structural issues for all new and existing portfolio transactions. Additionally, she documented new transactions, assisted in relationship management and handled portfolio matters for corporate relationships. Prior to that, she served as regional manager and settlement agent at United One Resources in Warwick, RI, and managed five satellite offices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for a title insurance firm based in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
