Penske Truck Leasing opened a new facility in the Chicagoland area. Located in Bedford Park, IL, the building will be home to former Penske Cicero and Chicago Ridge locations.

The new facility sits on nine and a half acres and is just under 25,000-square-feet. It has 10 truck bays, one automatic wash bay and a three-lane fuel island.

“This is a very strategic move for us. We are consolidating two locations into Bedford Park and creating a modern and large facility near the major Chicago thoroughfares,” said Dan O’Boyle, senior vice president for Penske’s north central region. “With 400 businesses in the Bedford Park village, many of which are customers, we look forward to serving both new and current customers from the facility.”

The new building will offer full-service truck leasing, consumer and commercial truck rental, contract truck fleet maintenance and Connected Fleet Solutions, a value-added resource to help customers address issues and options related to onboard technology systems (ELDs, telematics and on-board cameras).
