Peterson Named Monitor’s Leader of the Year at Converge 2024



Brad Peterson, CEO of Channel, was named Leader of the Year at Converge 2024, a two-day conference, workshop and gala event hosted by Monitor. This recognition speaks to Peterson’s widely respected approach to leadership, its impact on his team and his legacy of invaluable contributions to the equipment finance industry.

As co-founder, Peterson has been a driving force behind Channel’s success, inspiring camaraderie and innovation throughout its 15 years in operation. His management style centers upon integrity, empathy and strategic vision. Intensely focused on nurturing relationships and empowering emerging talent, Peterson exemplifies the kind of leadership that defines Channel.
