ATEL Capital Group announced that Angelo Pirri joined its Institutional Sales division and, with Timothy Holmes, will lead fund raising efforts as director of Institutional Sales.

Prior to joining ATEL, Pirri was director of Intermediary Sales at HSBC Global Asset Management, responsible for all phases of business development, including client relationship management and investment consulting.

Pirri has more than 20 years of financial industry experience and has spent more than a decade working directly with institutional analysts and advisors. Pirri previously worked for Deutsche Bank, Julius Baer Investment Management and Merrill Lynch Asset Management.
