Platzer, Swergold, Karlin, Levine, Goldberg & Jaslow — now known as Platzer, Swergold, Levine, Goldberg, Katz & Jaslow — announced that Harlan Levine and Paul B. Hahn have been named partners at the firm. The firm also said Adam Mimeles joined the firm as of counsel.

In addition, effective April 15, 2014 the firm is relocating its office to 475 Park Avenue South 18th Floor New York, New York 10016.

The New York-based firm practices include financial transactions, secured lending, factoring and commercial leasing. This experience allows them to represent the interests of a diverse group of clients, including banking and other financial institutions, large equipment leasing companies and various trade associations.
