Associated Equipment Distributors named PwC and Accruit the preferred providers of like-kind exchange services to its membership.

PwC and Accruit have both been supporting members of AED for over a decade and currently provide LKE services to 75 AED members.

In a unique joint business relationship that combines PwC’s like-kind exchange tax and technology capabilities with Accruit’s qualified intermediary services, the two companies provide integrated 1031 like-kind exchange program services to more than 170 clients across 20 industries. This joint business relationship enables PwC and Accruit to work together to structure comprehensive LKE programs that provide the clear separation of tax and like-kind exchange services required by the federal tax code.
