According to the Digital Journal, the business jet resale market surpassed the typically robust fourth quarter as 147 business aircraft were sold in Q1/17.
The Journal said, in the past 30 years, a better fourth quarter compared to the following first quarter has not occurred in the business jet resale market.
The Journal noted, according to data and commentary from used aircraft broker Gene Glow at Great Circle Aircraft, used aircraft such as the King Air and older Citations are retaining more of their value and are going up in price.
