Quality Leasing Promotes Marshall to Sales Manager

Quality Leasing, the commercial equipment financing subsidiary of the Tom Wood Group, promoted Bradon R. Marshall from senior leasing consultant to sales manager.

In his new role, Marshall will be tasked with growing originations, expanding customer service and managing Quality Leasing’s 12-person sales team. He also will act as the primary liaison between Quality Leasing’s sales and administration teams in an effort to increase processing efficiencies, all while continuing to service his current TPO clients.

Quality Leasing, an Indianapolis-area financing firm, has experienced growth over the past few years and was recently included on the Monitor’s 2020 Top Private Independents list.

“In less than two years here, Bradon has contributed considerably to the company’s revenue generation and demonstrated the exceptional customer service skills that set Quality apart from the competition,” G. Paul Fogle, CLFP, managing director of Quality Leasing, said. “He is a natural leader. Bradon’s cooperative, solution-oriented approach to business make him the ideal choice for this position.”

“Quality is primed for big growth in the coming year and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to help everyone on the team succeed,” Marshall said.

Marshall started his career in the equipment leasing industry in 2015. During Marshall’s tenure in the industry, he was named chief operating officer and later president of C.H. Brown Company. Marshall then joined the Quality Leasing team in October of 2019 and led the group as top producer in 2020.
