Redaptive, an energy-as-a-service and financing solutions provider, appointed Kenneth Gorham as its new capital markets leader.

“I’m excited to bring my energy and experience to the Redaptive Capital team supporting the origination growth through the capital markets function,” Gorham said.

Gorham comes to Redaptive with over 35 years of experience. Most recently, he served as the director of equipment finance, capital markets at Truist Bank. With his experience in both buying and selling transactions as well as his extensive network, Gorham will take Redaptive’s capital markets presence to the next level.
